Welcome
to Waterford Borough, a community that reflects the past.
Walk along High Street and feel the old fashioned charm of the 1800's.
The Facades here have been part of a Historic District program since 1990.
The park and its gazebo are reminiscent of days of old when community bands
performed
on summer afternoons and the favorite pastime was to stroll by and listen.
Come to Waterford and experience this old-time charm for yourself.
